Amaris Consulting cerca un IT Project Manager con esperienza Finance per guidare progetti IT nel settore finanziario in sedi come Milano, Torino, Roma o Bologna. Il ruolo prevede coordinamento tra business e IT, gestione di rischi e stakeholder, e garanzia di delivery entro scope e budget.

La posizione è ibrida con una giornata al mese in ufficio a Milano; offerta anche come freelance a €250–€300/giorno, in base all’esperienza. Requisiti qualificati includono laurea e fluente italiano/inglese.

Competenze

• Laurea in campo attinente o esperienza equivalente.
• Almeno 5 anni di esperienza IT Project Management, con progetti Finance.
• Conoscenza di servizi finanziari, ERP o trasformazione Finance è un plus.
• Esperienza in ambienti complessi, integrazioni e progetti trasversali.

Mansioni

• Guidare e coordinare progetti IT nel settore Finance, rispettando scopo, tempistiche, budget e qualità.
• Gestire progetti che coinvolgono processi, sistemi e integrazioni Finance, coordinando stakeholder business e tecnologici.
• coordinare attività tra team, sistemi e partner esterni in contesti internazionali e complessi.
• Garantire allineamento tra requisiti di business, soluzioni tecniche e obiettivi di progetto.
• Gestire rischi, dipendenze, problemi e cambiamenti lungo tutto il ciclo di vita.
• coordinare testing, implementazione, cutover, go-live e post go-live.
• Assicurare conformità a requisiti Finance, regolatori e di compliance.
• Fornire reporting di progetto e aggiornamenti di stato ai stakeholder e al management.

Would you like to start a new professional adventure as an IT Project Manager (Finance experience) in one of our opportunities in the Finance industry in Milan, Turin, Rome or Bologna?

Your missions?

• Lead and coordinate IT projects within Finance, ensuring delivery according to scope, timeline, budget and quality objectives.
• Manage projects involving Finance processes, systems and integrations, coordinating business and technical stakeholders.
• Coordinate activities across multiple teams, systems and external partners in complex and international environments.
• Ensure alignment between business requirements, technical solutions and project objectives.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, issues and changes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate testing, implementation, cutover, go-live and post-go-live activities.
• Ensure project activities comply with relevant Finance, regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Provide clear project reporting and status updates to stakeholders and management.

Your profile?

• Degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT Project Management, with proven experience managing Finance-related projects.
• Previous experience in financial services, banking, insurance, regulatory/compliance projects, ERP or Finance transformation would be a plus.
• Experience with system integrations, complex IT environments and cross-functional projects.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Strong planning, stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex projects in dynamic environments.

Work model

• Hybrid position: 1 day per month in Milan offices.
• The position is also open to freelance professionals, with a daily rate in the range of €250–€300/day, depending on experience and expertise.

Compensation & Pay Transparency

• Permanent contract: Gross Annual Salary in the range of EUR 30,000 – EUR 50,000, depending on seniority, experience and skills.
• Freelance contract: Daily rate in the range of EUR 250–300/day, depending on experience and expertise.
• Applicable CCNL: Commerce Sector (CCNL Commercio).
• The salary range has been determined based on objective and gender-neutral criteria.
• During the recruitment process, we will not ask for information about your current or previous salary.
