Amaris Consulting cerca un IT Project Manager con esperienza Finance per guidare progetti IT nel settore Finance in ambienti internazionali. Ruolo ibrido con possibilità freelance su base giornaliera.

Il candidato ideale possiede almeno 5 anni di esperienza in Project Management IT, con focus su progetti Finance e una forte gestione di stakeholder. Italiano e Inglese fluvidi sono richiesti; inquadramento e benefits saranno discussi in sede di colloquio.

Competenze

• Laurea in disciplina affine o esperienza equivalente.
• Almeno 5 anni di esperienza in IT Project Management.
• Esperienza in progetti Finance/servizi finanziari, bancari, regolatori o trasformazione Finance.
• Esperienza in integrazioni di sistemi e ambienti IT complessi.
• Padronanza di italiano e inglese.
• Ottime capacità di pianificazione e gestione degli stakeholder.

Mansioni

• Guidare e coordinare progetti IT nel settore Finance, rispettando scopo, tempi, budget e qualità.
• Gestire progetti con processi e integrazioni Finance, coordinando stakeholder di business e IT.
• Coordinatorare attività tra team, sistemi e partner esterni in contesti complessi e internazionali.
• Assicurare allineamento tra requisiti di business, soluzioni tecniche e obiettivi di progetto.
• Gestire rischi, dipendenze, problemi e cambiamenti lungo l’intero ciclo di vita del progetto.
• Coordinate testing, implementazione, cutover, go-live e post-go-live.
• Garantire conformità a requisiti Finance, normativi e di compliance.
• Fornire report e aggiornamenti di stato chiari agli stakeholder.

Would you like to start a new professional adventure as an IT Project Manager (Finance experience) in one of our opportunities in the Finance industry in Milan, Turin, Rome or Bologna?

• Lead and coordinate IT projects within Finance, ensuring delivery according to scope, timeline, budget and quality objectives.
• Manage projects involving Finance processes, systems and integrations, coordinating business and technical stakeholders.
• Coordinate activities across multiple teams, systems and external partners in complex and international environments.
• Ensure alignment between business requirements, technical solutions and project objectives.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, issues and changes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate testing, implementation, cutover, go-live and post-go-live activities.
• Ensure project activities comply with relevant Finance, regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Provide clear project reporting and status updates to stakeholders and management.

Your profile?

• Degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT Project Management, with proven experience managing Finance-related projects.
• Previous experience in financial services, banking, insurance, regulatory/compliance projects, ERP or Finance transformation would be a plus.
• Experience with system integrations, complex IT environments and cross-functional projects.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Strong planning, stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex projects in dynamic environments.

Work model

• Hybrid position: 1 day per month in Milan offices.
• The position is also open to freelance professionals, with a daily rate in the range of €250-€300/day, depending on experience and expertise.

Compensation & Pay Transparency

• Permanent contract: Gross Annual Salary in the range of EUR 30,000 - EUR 50,000, depending on seniority, experience and skills.
• Freelance contract: Daily rate in the range of EUR 250-300/day, depending on experience and expertise.
• Applicable CCNL: Commerce Sector (CCNL Commercio).
• The salary range has been determined based on objective and gender-neutral criteria.
• During the recruitment process, we will not ask for information about your current or previous salary.
