Amaris Consulting is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead and coordinate IT projects within the Digital & Technology sector across Milan, Turin, Rome or Bologna. You will drive planning, risk management and stakeholder alignment, coordinating Agile/SDLC delivery for eCommerce and Mobile App initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in IT PM, strong communication, and fluency in Italian and English. The role offers a hybrid model with one in-office day per month for freelance professionals

Competenze

• Degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager.
• Proven experience in large and complex corporate environments.
• Strong skills in project planning, risk and stakeholder management, and problem-solving.
• Experience coordinating Agile/SDLC projects, testing and handover.
• Good knowledge of Jira, Confluence, SharePoint and Power BI.
• Solid background in eCommerce and Mobile App projects.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.

Your missions?

Your profile?

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager or in a similar role.
• Proven experience working in large and complex corporate environments.
• Strong experience in project planning, risk management, stakeholder management and problem-solving.
• Experience coordinating Agile/SDLC projects, testing and operational handover.
• Good knowledge of Jira, Confluence, SharePoint and Power BI.
• Strong knowledge of eCommerce and Mobile App projects.
• Good understanding of UX/UI principles and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.

Work model

• Hybrid position: one day in one of our office at month, for freelance only fullremote.

Compensation & Pay Transparency

For Freelance:220-300 euro at day.

• Permanent contract: Gross Annual Salary in the range of EUR 30,000 – EUR 50,000, depending on seniority, experience and skills.
• Applicable CCNL: Commerce Sector (CCNL Commercio).
• The salary range has been determined based on objective and gender-neutral criteria.
• During the recruitment process, we will not ask for information about your current or previous salary.
