Amaris Consulting in Italy seeks an IT Project Manager to lead complex digital projects across eCommerce and Mobile App initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams in an international environment.

You will drive planning, risks, and deliveries to scope, time and budget, report progress with Jira/Confluence/Power BI, and communicate effectively in Italian and English.

Competenze

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field.
• At least 5 years of IT Project Manager experience.
• Experience in large corporate environments.
• Strong planning, risk, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience coordinating Agile/SDLC projects and handover.
• Good knowledge of Jira, Confluence, SharePoint and Power BI.
• Strong knowledge of eCommerce and Mobile App projects.
• Fluent in Italian and English.

Your missions?

• Lead and coordinate IT projects, ensuring delivery according to scope, timeline, budget and quality objectives.

• Manage communication and collaboration with business, technical teams and key stakeholders.
• Coordinate projects involving eCommerce and Mobile App solutions, ensuring alignment between business and technical requirements.
• Work closely with UX/UI teams, ensuring attention to detail and a consistent user experience.
• Monitor project progress and provide clear reporting using tools such as Jira, Confluence, SharePoint and Power BI.

Your profile?

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager or in a similar role.
• Proven experience working in large and complex corporate environments.
• Strong experience in project planning, risk management, stakeholder management and problem-solving.
• Experience coordinating Agile/SDLC projects, testing and operational handover.
• Good knowledge of Jira, Confluence, SharePoint and Power BI.
• Strong knowledge of eCommerce and Mobile App projects.
• Good understanding of UX/UI principles and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.

Work model

Hybrid position: one day in one of our office at month, for freelance only fullremote.

Compensation & Pay Transparency

• Permanent contract: Gross Annual Salary in the range of EUR 30,000 – EUR 50,000, depending on seniority, experience and skills.
• Applicable CCNL: Commerce Sector (CCNL Commercio).

For Freelance: 220-300 euro at day.

• The salary range has been determined based on objective and gender-neutral criteria.
• During the recruitment process, we will not ask for information about your current or previous salary.
