Competenze

• Minimo 5 anni di esperienza nella gestione di progetti, preferibilmente in progetti di installazione.
• Competenze linguistiche: fluente in italiano e inglese.
• Disponibilità a viaggiare in Italia e all'estero.

What You Will Do:
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead Installation Projects within our Integrated Solutions portfolio. You will manage all project aspects, including budget, schedule, resources, and quality of deliverables. Building strong relationships with internal and external clients, assessing contract changes, and providing regular updates to stakeholders will be key to your success. Your leadership will drive project success.
How You Will Do It:
1. Project Ownership: Take full responsibility for successful project delivery, ensuring completion on time, within scope, and with minimal deviations.
2. Project Planning & Coordination: Define and manage project plans aligned with customer needs and internal resources. Coordinate milestones and resolve scheduling conflicts with customer teams.
3. Budget Management & Cost Control: Oversee budgets, identify profitability opportunities, and optimize costs using appropriate tools.
4. Decision Making: Make informed decisions under pressure to keep projects on track.
5. Customer Requirements: Understand customer needs, provide recommendations, and ensure alignment and satisfaction.
6. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships as the primary contact.
7. Adherence to Processes: Follow company protocols and best practices to ensure quality.
8. Team & Cross-Team Collaboration: Foster a positive environment and collaborate effectively across departments.
What We Look For:
- Education: University degree in Engineering or related field
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in Project Management, preferably with Installation Projects
- Technical Skills: Manage full project lifecycle; interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and IT tools
- Process Adherence: Follow and improve established processes
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills
- Language Skills: Fluent in Italian and English
- Adaptability and Travel willingness within Italy and internationally
Nice to Have: Knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) and communication protocols like BACnet, Modbus, KNX.
