The candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and verifying infrastructure design activities. They will serve as the primary interface with clients and external suppliers, organize and monitor project teams and resources, ensuring activities meet schedule, budget, and quality standards, in accordance with company policies.
Required technical skills:
- Master's degree in Civil Engineering
- 7-10 years of experience in engineering firms, with at least 3-5 years managing design projects in transport infrastructure, preferably using BIM
- Excellent knowledge of project planning and management tools like MS Project, Primavera, or similar
- Good knowledge of document management systems such as ProjectWISE, Autodesk Docs, or similar
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
- Good command of English (minimum B2)
Preferred technical skills:
- Solid previous experience in civil/infrastructure design
- Ability to visualize and query BIM models on Autodesk platform
- Knowledge of international contractual standards like FIDIC
- PMI-PMP, Project Manager UNI 11648 certification, or equivalent
