Responsibilities

Project Development Phase

• Selection, negotiation, and contractualization of designers, specialized investigation companies, and the entire advisory team
• Manage technical relationships with assigned consultants and coordinate all professionals involved in the project
• Manage design and development contracts
• Maintain relationships with clients and third-party stakeholders
• Knowledge of technical standards for design

Construction Phase

• Direct interface management with site managers, technicians, and site accountants
• Coordinate with subcontractors and workforce
• Supervise and manage progress of work
• Technical oversight and supervision
• Willingness to travel to construction sites
• Previous experience in infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, tunnels, etc.) and industrial real estate (logistics hubs, data centers, industrial buildings)
• Ability to work independently and lead teams
• Proficiency with relevant software tools

Your Profile

• Technical diploma or degree
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of main design software
• Driving license B
• English language skills
