Job Opportunity: Project Manager - Biometano Plant

For Kerr S.p.A., a company continuously evolving and specialized in engineering and energy efficiency, we are seeking a Project Manager for a new Biometano plant project.

Kerr aims to revolutionize environmental engineering and ecological transition by proposing a sustainable development model focused on innovation and shared value creation, balancing profit, social well-being, and environmental sustainability. Your role will involve overseeing the design and testing of this new plant, ensuring the project is executed correctly by organizing activities and optimizing processes.

Responsibilities:

1. Planning, coordinating, and supervising all project phases;
2. Monitoring progress and quality control, ensuring adherence to timelines;
3. Managing the budget, monitoring costs, and preparing financial reports in collaboration with Kerr's Finance and Controlling department;
4. Assessing and managing risks, addressing issues and deviations from the original plan.

Qualifications:

• Degree in engineering or related discipline; project management certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus;
• At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in EPC projects, preferably in biomass plant projects;
• Autonomy in developing contracts;
• Excellent organizational skills, strong financial acumen, leadership, and ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams;
• Willingness to travel weekly from our headquarters in Rome to Biometano plant sites.
