Our Client is an important Company, expert in design and manufacture of equipment for Customers in Offshore e Onshore industry.

Thanks to its growing business, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager who will join the Turin Office and plant.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Active management of own projects to ensure deliveries according to contract, on time and on budget
• Discuss contractual matters with customers
• Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Set project milestones and ensure the project is delivered on time.
• Lead, guide, and manage project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members and monitor their progress.
• Provide support and resolve conflicts within the team
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and senior management.

MAIN REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's or higher education in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Machinery Manufacturing Company
• Knowledge of Machinery with hydraulic and electrical plant
• Good with MS Office (Word, Excel, MS Project)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
• Knowledge of project management methodologies
