We are seeking a Project Manager, specialized in mechanical systems, for a growing company focused on integrated design, project management, and construction management of civil and industrial works.

Responsibilities

• Determine resources based on project complexity.
• Manage project timelines, costs, and quality.
• Coordinate team in designing and sizing HVAC, heating, and plumbing systems.
• Develop technical drawings and schematics (CAD/BIM).
• Prepare technical reports and project documentation.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Energy, Civil Engineering, or Architecture.
• At least two years of experience in designing civil mechanical systems.
• Skills in thermal calculations and insulation (Law 10).
• Proficiency in software like Termus, AutoCAD, and Revit MEP.
• Knowledge of cost estimation software (e.g., Primus) is a plus.
• Good command of English.
• Proactivity and interest in Project and People Management.
