Project Manager Green Power

Reporting to the Operation Manager of the Green Power and Assets Business Unit, the Project Manager is responsible for the execution of the assigned projects. He/She coordinates all the activities of the project and is responsible for the overall results in terms of profit and loss, safety, schedule, and quality. He/She manages the project team to achieve the project goals and represents the company towards the Client.

The Project Manager must have experience in solar/wind plants. BESS plant experience is considered a preferential skill.

Key Activities & Responsibilities

• Guarantee the execution of the assigned project, from the design phase to procurement, construction, commissioning, and further through the period of warranty until the final acceptance.
• Ensure the respect of the terms of contract and the management of risks, including insurance and financial aspects, in line with the previously determined targets, deadlines for execution, and the required quality and safety levels.
• Manage contract variations and claims with Clients, Partners, and Construction Subcontractors.
• Maintain relationships with Clients and Partners during the execution of contracts to ensure efficient fulfilment of the assigned project and to obtain Customer Satisfaction.

Personal Attributes:

• 1 to 4 years of experience in Green Energy plants with knowledge of typical solar, wind, and BESS project peculiarities.
• Preferably a degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Knowledge in construction works and capability of managing/instructing the Site Team, addressing high-level issues.
• Fluent in English speaking and writing.
• Teamwork and effective communication skills.
• Availability to travel for short periods in Italy and abroad.
• In case of necessity for solving critical Site issues, availability for missions at Site of up to 1 month, if necessary.
• Adaptability, entrepreneurship, and methodical working style.
