About this vacancy

With direct interaction with the Head of Engineering, you'll guide the development team and manage the project system. This role offers a unique blend of capital project management and system development, making it an exciting opportunity for experienced professionals.

Role and Responsibilities :

• Responsible for system engineering activities
• In charge of system version delivery within the schedule
• Tailoring the system engineering process
• Identify technical requirements and non-technical requirements
• Maintain consistency across the entire system
• Optimize technical work against schedule and risks
• Oversee the development team
• Ensure global consistency
• Provide clear monitoring metrics to track progress and potential issues
• Be the technical interface with the customer

What we expect from you

• Experience working in critical environments
• Fluency in French, English, and Italian is mandatory
• Preferable previous experience in engineering supervision or management roles
• Preferable experience working in an Agile environment
