We are currently hiring for:

Project Manager – Events and Congresses

The Project Manager will be part of the Operation Unit, responsible for the operational aspects of logistics projects.

They can work independently or as part of a project team, under the guidance of the Operation Manager, depending on the project's complexity.

Position Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in the MICE industry, focusing on pharma events, especially in designing and managing delegations for congresses.
  • Strong organizational skills for medical congresses, conventions, and meetings, including managing international travel arrangements (flights, hotels, transportation) from planning to execution.
  • Empathy in client interactions

  • Ability to manage multicultural and multilingual clients
  • Customer-oriented with a focus on quality service

  • Planning and budgeting for medical and pharmaceutical events during national and international congresses

  • Managing suppliers, contracts, and negotiations
  • For medical congresses: liaising with participants and organizing travel plans
  • Preparing travel documents prior to departure
  • On-site presence during events and operational supervision
  • Administrative and accounting management of events (billing, deposits, payments, and closing)
  • Experience with GDS Sabre and low-cost carriers (if necessary)
  • Ongoing training and on-the-job support
  • Two days of remote work per week after initial training
  • Permanent contract

We offer a full-time, permanent employment contract with a probation period, competitive salary based on experience and skills.
