Une expérience de 7 à 10 ans dans des projets complexes, notamment dans le secteur hôtelier, est requise, ainsi qu'un diplôme pertinent en ingénierie ou gestion de construction.
Sell&more, in partnership with a leading company in the Real Estate and property management sector, is seeking a Project Manager with proven experience in managing complex projects, particularly in the hotel sector, for an important renovation of a hotel located in Porta Maggiore, Rome.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project management, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, quality standards, and safety regulations, serving as the main point of contact between the property owner, suppliers, and the construction team.
Main activities and responsibilities:
General Planning and Coordination:
Define and manage the project plan (schedule, costs, resources), from conception and design to completion.
Technical and Quality Management:
Ensure work compliance with specifications, detailed drawings, current regulations, and quality standards.
Economic and Contractual Management:
Monitor the project budget, oversee costs, and manage accounting for works.
Safety and Permits Management:
Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations (D.Lgs. 81/08) on-site.
Education:
Degree in Building / Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management with specialization in construction sector.
Experience:
Minimum 7-10 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction sector, with at least 3-5 years on complex renovation projects in the hotel/hospitality field. Experience with constrained buildings or dense urban environments is a plus.
Collaboration via VAT number - €50k-€60k annually to be invoiced.
