Une entreprise leader dans le secteur de l'immobilier et de la gestion de biens recherche un Chef de Projet expérimenté pour superviser la rénovation d'un hôtel à Porta Maggiore, Rome. Le candidat idéal garantira le respect des délais, des budgets et des normes de qualité tout en collaborant avec divers intervenants. Une expérience de 7 à 10 ans dans des projets complexes, notamment dans le secteur hôtelier, est requise, ainsi qu'un diplôme pertinent en ingénierie ou gestion de construction.

Competenze

Sell&more, in partnership with a leading company in the Real Estate and property management sector, is seeking a Project Manager with proven experience in managing complex projects, particularly in the hotel sector, for an important renovation of a hotel located in Porta Maggiore, Rome.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project management, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, quality standards, and safety regulations, serving as the main point of contact between the property owner, suppliers, and the construction team.

Main activities and responsibilities:

General Planning and Coordination:

Define and manage the project plan (schedule, costs, resources), from conception and design to completion.

• Coordinate all project phases: detailed design, tendering, execution, and commissioning.
• Interface with all internal and external stakeholders (property owner, Construction Management, Safety Coordinator, contractors, suppliers, public authorities).

Technical and Quality Management:

Ensure work compliance with specifications, detailed drawings, current regulations, and quality standards.

• Supervise physical progress on-site, promptly resolving technical and operational issues.
• Manage non-conformities and on-site changes.
• Ensure proper project documentation management.

Economic and Contractual Management:

Monitor the project budget, oversee costs, and manage accounting for works.

• Manage contracts with suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with agreements.
• Analyze and approve progress reports (SAL).

Safety and Permits Management:

Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations (D.Lgs. 81/08) on-site.

• Supervise activities of the Safety Coordinator during execution (CSE).
• Manage and monitor the acquisition of all necessary permits and authorizations (construction, environmental, fire safety, etc.) in coordination with relevant authorities.

Education:

Degree in Building / Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management with specialization in construction sector.

Experience:

Minimum 7-10 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction sector, with at least 3-5 years on complex renovation projects in the hotel/hospitality field. Experience with constrained buildings or dense urban environments is a plus.

Collaboration via VAT number - €50k-€60k annually to be invoiced.
