Job Opportunity: Site Supervisor in Engineering

ADHR Group, HR Partner, is seeking a Site Supervisor on behalf of a reputable engineering company for a position at a multinational company in Parma.

Responsibilities:

1. Serve as the primary interface with the project management team.
2. Coordinate and oversee on-site activities, ensuring they are carried out as scheduled and within deadlines, while communicating updates to the site Project Manager.
3. Manage workers and procurement of materials.
4. Supervise assembly activities on-site conducted by suppliers and subcontractors.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum experience in the sector.
• Knowledge of project & construction management software and site accounting management.
• Strong team spirit combined with autonomy in organizing one's work, initiative, observational and analytical skills, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of civil and industrial plant engineering principles.
• Ability to apply management control techniques and project management skills.
• Ability to accurately read technical drawings.
• Proficiency with main IT tools and software.
• Good communication skills.

Offer:

Fixed-term contract for 1 year or freelance (p.iva) employment.
