Job summary

Reply is seeking a Project Manager to guide clients through the AI-driven digital transformation of their customer experience in Rome, Italy. You will lead delivery end to end, aligning design, technical and data teams while shaping roadmaps and measurable outcomes.

WHAT YOU WILL FIND

• Core activities. You will act as a trusted advisor for industry-leading companies, guiding them through the digital and AI-driven transformation of their customer experience. Working side by side with client stakeholders, you will understand their business goals, help shape roadmaps and solutions – including the adoption of AI and emerging technologies – and lead their delivery end to end, aligning design, technical and data teams around priorities, value and measurable results.
• Tech & tools stack. Web, e-commerce and digital platform projects; CMS/DXP, digital analytics and MarTech; Agile and Waterfall methodologies; PM tools such as Jira, Confluence or equivalents.
• Mentoring, collaboration, and continuous growth. You will join the Digital Customer Experience team of Reply, in the communication agency of the Reply group: a collaborative and multidisciplinary environment with a strong focus on AI and innovation, working on projects for national and international brands, with a professional growth path within the Reply group.

The compensation package will be determined based on your professional background, technical skills, expertise, and the level of responsibility associated with the role. The collective labour agreement (CCNL) mainly applied within Reply is the Italian Metalworking Industry Agreement (Metalmeccanico). The job classification will be assessed starting from level B2, and the gross annual salary (RAL) will range from €35,000 to €45,000.

WHAT WE NEED

• Academic background. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics or STEM disciplines.
• Technical & strategic skills. 3-5 years of experience managing technology projects, with the ability to understand their technical aspects and communicate effectively with development teams and IT profiles; experience in web, e-commerce or digital platform projects and familiarity with CMS/DXP, digital analytics or MarTech; knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies and of the main PM tools (Jira, Confluence or equivalents); data-driven approach and focus on business results.
• Soft skills. Excellent organizational, communication and negotiation skills; fluent English.
• Nice to have. Experience with enterprise platforms (Adobe Experience Manager, Optimizely, Salesforce or equivalents); CRO, A/B testing and customer journey personalization skills; experience in AI, marketing automation or business process automation projects; participation in presales and business development activities; Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum or equivalents).
