Bending Spoons in Milan is seeking a talented Customer Support Specialist to improve operations, build scalable systems, and deliver great service at scale. You will work on day-to-day needs and longer-term projects with a focus on processes and tools.

You will collaborate with Product and Engineering to identify recurring issues, translate insights into product improvements, and shape the support experience for newly acquired products. Data and AI help measure impact and drive change.
