KNET Human Resources S.r.l. recherche un Project Manager pour un client dans l'industrie de la construction. Ce poste nécessite une gestion efficace des projets de construction, une supervision des équipes, et l'aptitude à naviguer à travers des processus complexes tout en maintenant des standards de qualité. Le candidat idéal possède une expertise en gestion de projet et des compétences interpersonnelles solides, tout en étant bilingue en anglais et possiblement en français.

Our client, part of an international group in the construction industry, has instructed us to look for a PROJECT MANAGER.

The Project Manager reports directly to Top Management.

Activities include:

1. Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion;
2. Manage communications with Client, Landlord, Client’s Consultant, Direction of Works, Suppliers;
3. Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs;
4. Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations;
5. Coordinate construction team;
6. Supervise construction workers and subcontractors;
7. Meet contractual conditions of performance;
8. Review work progress daily;
9. Prepare internal and external reports regarding job status;
10. Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve emerging issues;
11. Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts, and obtain permits and licenses;
12. Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks;
13. Ensure quality construction standards and proper techniques;
14. Availability to attend site visits in Italy and abroad.

Requirements include:

• Bachelor's degree in project & construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field;
• Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means, and methods;
• Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, regulations, and quality standards;
• Understanding of all facets of the construction process;
• Familiarity with project management software;
• Ability to plan strategically;
• Conflict and crisis management skills;
• Availability for transfers in Italy and abroad (mainly Europe).

Soft skills required:

• Leadership and human resources management skills;
• Excellent time and project management skills;
• Flexibility, enthusiasm, and motivation.

Languages: Fluent in English, French preferable.

Workplace: The company's headquarters are in Milan.

Working hours: Full-time.
