Leap29 is supporting a prominent international company specialising in the design, development, construction, and maintenance of Solar PV and Energy Efficiency projects. With a strong presence across Europe, the Americas, and Africa, our client oversees the full project lifecycle.

We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee the construction of new Commercial & Industrial (C&I) photovoltaic systems, both rooftop and ground-mounted, ensuring full contractual compliance. A background in photovoltaic, EPC, or electrical systems is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee technical and financial aspects of assigned projects, ensuring quality standards, budget, and timelines are met.
• Coordinate internal resources and manage subcontractors for each project.
• Supervise project phases, including design, permitting, material procurement, and construction.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and handle project documentation.
• Collaborate with other departments: Safety, Quality, Environment, Engineering, Purchasing, and Administration.

Requirements:

• Experience with photovoltaic, EPC, or electrical systems.
• 1-3 years of experience as a Project Manager in similar fields.
• Degree in engineering or related field.
• Willingness to travel as needed for projects.
• Proficiency in English.
