Tasks and Qualifications
Your responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to the Managing Director, translating business goals into actionable projects.
- Lead and manage critical business development initiatives to drive growth, efficiency, and market expansion.
- Support strategic planning and execution, ensuring alignment with Baoli EMEA’s long-term objectives.
- Navigate and engage with corporate governance structures within the KION Group, ensuring compliance with reporting standards and corporate procedures.
- Analyze data, prepare high-quality presentations, and support executive decision-making with strong analytical insights.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including cross-functional teams within KION.
- Identify new business opportunities, assess feasibility, and implement solutions to enhance Baoli’s competitive position.
- Support change management initiatives and drive organizational improvements.
- Prepare and present reports, business cases, and recommendations to senior leadership.
Your Profile
- University degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Finance, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 3-6 years of experience in business development, strategy, or consulting, ideally within a leading consulting firm.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, work in a fast-paced environment, and deliver results.
- Experience in corporate governance, reporting structures, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with senior executives.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and other business analysis tools.
- Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
