Overview

We are currently open to hiring a new colleague for the role of Project Manager (Automotive) to support our plant location in Santhià - Italy.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinates and manages technical activities, evaluates the main economic indicators, organises the various phases of the assigned project in order to meet company and customer expectations
  • Develops the detailed planning and scheduling of the project and is responsible for monitoring these, promptly reporting possible deviations and proposing recovery plans
  • Develops and shares the project with the team according to the PDP plan and consistent with the client\'s APQP
  • Schedules and organises regular and cadenced team meetings to discuss the status of the project both internally and with the client
  • Makes decisions and assumes a leadership role in resolving open issues, or proposes internal escalation if higher-level management decisions are required
  • Coordinates the internal and external resources of the project team
  • In case of project changes due to customer request or external needs, formulates technical and economic proposals according to new target
  • Interfaces with Sales and Finance to manage properly the customer invoicing flow
Requirements
  • Degree in Management Engineering or similar disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years\' experience in the role, preferably from the automotive industry
  • Fluent English
  • PMI-PMP certification (or similar)
  • Availability to travel both in Italy and Europe
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent Negotiation skills and conflict management
  • Problem solving
  • Attention to detail and multitasking
