We are looking for a dedicated team member for our location in Zug, either immediately or by appointment, as part of the continuous development of our brand portfolio.

Responsibilities:

1. Communication with suppliers
2. Monitoring of projects via Gantt chart or timeline files
3. Preparation of PPT presentations and tables for project meetings and GL
4. Documentation and maintenance of product database
5. Taking minutes of meetings and following up with a meeting protocol
6. Independent processing of sub-projects

Your Profile:

1. Completed apprenticeship, e.g., as a Formulator R&D in cosmetics skincare or fragrance / Laboratory assistant
2. 3-5 years of work experience
3. Industry experience in skincare cosmetics or a similar field
4. Good knowledge of German and English
5. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook
6. Affinity for the luxury or cosmetics industry
7. Quick perception, logical and networked thinking
8. Accurate, independent work style
9. Team-oriented, communicative, and able to work under pressure
10. Motivated to learn new skills independently
