Retex recherche un Project Manager passionné par la gestion de projets dans le secteur retail, en particulier dans le monde de la mode et du luxe. Ce rôle implique de travailler avec des marques prestigieuses et de collaborer étroitement avec des équipes techniques pour assurer la satisfaction des clients tout en respectant les objectifs de budget et de délai. Si vous possédez des compétences en gestion de projet, en communication et une bonne connaissance en SQL, ce rôle est fait pour vous.

Competenze

• Diplôme en ingénierie informatique ou disciplines techniques et managériales.
• Expérience dans la consultation d'applications et gestion de projets complexes.
• Bonne connaissance de l'anglais, à l'oral et à l'écrit.
• Flexibilité et aptitude à la résolution de problèmes.

Mansioni

• Interaction client : point de contact principal pour nos clients, construire et maintenir des relations solides.
• Objectifs de projet et suivi : veiller à ce que chaque phase progresse comme prévu.
• Configurations techniques et interaction avec l'équipe : assurer que les solutions mises en œuvre répondent aux besoins du client.
• Coordination des ressources : leader motivant et coordonnant l'équipe projet.
• Documentation du projet : rédiger et maintenir la documentation à jour.

Position

Are you passionate about project management in the retail sector? This is the perfect opportunity for you! We are looking for a Project Manager to oversee retail projects in the Fashion & Luxury world. You will have the chance to collaborate with major Italian and international fashion brands, applying your knowledge and skills in a dynamic and stimulating environment.

The Role You Will Play :

• Client interaction : You will be the main point of contact for our clients, building and maintaining solid relationships. You will listen carefully to their needs and desires, working to ensure their satisfaction and the achievement of shared goals.
• Project objectives and monitoring : You will be the guiding star for project objectives, ensuring that every phase proceeds according to plan. You will keep a vigilant eye on budgets and timelines, providing constant updates on project progress and sharing commitment forecasts and progress with both clients and internal teams.
• Technical configurations and team interaction : You will intervene in the technical and functional configurations of the product, ensuring they perfectly meet the client's defined requirements. You will work closely with the technical development team, ensuring that the implemented solutions are perfectly aligned with the client's needs.
• Resource coordination : You will be the leader who motivates and coordinates the project team. You will monitor team activities to ensure effective and timely execution, maintaining high morale and efficiency.
• Project documentation : You will draft and keep project documentation updated, ensuring clarity and transparency at every stage. Your attention to detail will ensure that nothing is overlooked.

Requirements

You may not have all of them, but we believe that with these characteristics, you will excel in this role! Here they are :

• Education and professional competence : Do you have a degree in computer engineering or other technical-management disciplines? Perfect! Experience in application consulting and managing complex projects in the Retail or Distribution / Operations area is a great advantage. Knowledge of Office applications and basic SQL language is essential.
• Technical and language skills : Are you curious and eager to learn new management software applications? Great! Additionally, a good knowledge of English, both written and spoken, is fundamental.
• Customer and business orientation : Do you have a strong orientation towards customers and business, with a passion for knowledge and continuous learning? You are the right person for us.
• Communication and leadership skills : Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential to motivate the team and ensure effective communication with clients.
• Flexibility and problem-solving : Are you flexible and oriented towards problem-solving? Perfect! You will need to face and resolve challenges that arise during projects, efficiently managing your responsibilities and tasks. Additionally, availability for travel within Italy and abroad is required.
