Position: Project Manager - Area Retail POS & Retail Management

Position Overview:

Are you passionate about project management in retail? We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee retail projects within the Fashion & Luxury sector, collaborating with major Italian and international brands in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Interaction: Serve as the main contact, building strong relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring satisfaction.
2. Project Monitoring: Manage project objectives, timelines, budgets, and provide regular updates to clients and internal teams.
3. Technical Configurations & Team Collaboration: Oversee technical and functional configurations, working closely with the development team to meet client requirements.
4. Resource Coordination: Lead and motivate the project team, ensuring effective execution and high morale.
5. Documentation: Maintain clear and updated project documentation.

Requirements:

While not all are mandatory, the ideal candidate will have:

1. Educational & Professional Background: Degree in computer engineering or related fields, experience in application consulting, managing complex retail projects, knowledge of Office and basic SQL.
2. Technical & Language Skills: Eagerness to learn new management software; proficiency in English.
3. Customer & Business Orientation: Strong focus on customer satisfaction and continuous learning.
4. Communication & Leadership: Excellent skills to motivate teams and communicate effectively.
5. Flexibility & Problem-solving: Adaptability to challenges, with willingness to travel within Italy and abroad.
