Responsibilities

• Oversee high-priority / complex projects requiring significant resources and functional integration.
• Support the Sales during the Bid phase checking the contract terms and conditions and manage a portfolio of projects from handover with sales to warranty phase.
• Lead and manage project teams, partner coordination and working groups.
• Support customers in all project phases and identify opportunities to improve project margins and customer satisfaction.
• Develop project schedules, action plans and take under control the defined budgets / spending in terms of hours and money, meet contractors and clients to ensure that the project is completed on schedule.
• Manage project deliverables, take charge of HW deliveries congruently with project scope and manage the change requests.

Requirements

• Degree in industrial or management engineering or Economics. A CAMP or PMP certification is considered a valuable asset.
• 3-4 years of demonstrable experience in lifecycle and project management techniques.
• Knowledge of the general conditions of railway contracts.
• Experience with project scheduling tools and working in maintenance environments.
• Strong systems analysis skills and experience in managing cross-functional teams.
• Ability to identify priorities, manage risks, issues and problems under pressure. Decision-making skills / analysis scenarios and possible impacts.
• Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Strong communication and people management skills in a multicultural and multilanguage environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
• Availability to undertake short-term travel if required.
