Project Manager

INTESA is a Kyndryl company with over 30 years of experience. We design and develop innovative digital services to create useful and inclusive platforms, using the latest technologies.

We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee projects related to processes and tools, supporting the company's business growth.

Main activities

1. Define project governance strategies
2. Create and monitor project plans
3. Manage internal and external project SALs
4. Oversee schedules, margins, and financials
5. Support solution design
6. Address critical issues with appropriate solutions to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery
7. Manage change requests during project execution
8. Optimize delivery phases for efficiency and quality
9. Identify risks and mitigation actions
10. Ensure project objectives are met and stakeholders perform their roles correctly

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Project Manager
• Ability to manage complex change programs
• Experience in service strategy and solution implementation projects
• Knowledge of governance, regulatory compliance, platform evolution, and process digitization
• Interest in IT strategy issues

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Engineering
• Degrees in Humanities, Philosophy, Communication Sciences, or similar, with relevant work experience
• Proficiency in English (minimum B1-B2 level)
