Our client specializes in delivering high-end, bespoke interior solutions for superyachts, cruise ships, and luxury hotels. They manage the entire production process, from initial design through to final installation, ensuring exceptional quality and precision across all projects.

Role Overview:

As a Project Manager, you will take ownership of project execution, ensuring seamless collaboration across departments and delivering results that meet client and company expectations. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the coordination of all commercial, technical, operational, and financial aspects of projects.
• Maintaining regular communication with internal teams to align activities with project objectives.
• Overseeing execution phases to ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and in line with contractual requirements.
• Managing project budgets with the support of department managers, ensuring financial oversight throughout.
• Supervising the allocation of resources, working closely with department leads to ensure optimal team performance.
• Collaborating on project planning efforts, ensuring schedules are realistic and achievable.
• Tracking progress against project timelines and managing any schedule adjustments in collaboration with clients and department heads.
• Delivering projects that meet or exceed quality expectations for both the client and the company.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A degree in Civil, Naval, or Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Proficiency in English, at least at a B2 level.
• A minimum of 3 years of project management experience, ideally within project-based industries such as the naval sector.
• Strong skills in technical and financial analysis, particularly in site management contexts.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.
