TASI Turin is looking for a Project Manager. The candidate will work in Torino inside the DESI Operation Unit.
The candidate shall operate inside the directorate of program managers for LEO and/or first Lunar elements in the operative phase, coordinating the full project team and interfacing with the Agencies and Customers. Therefore, he/she shall have peculiar communication skills, decision-making attitude, and an assertive and innovative approach for problem resolution. The candidate shall be inclined to team working and have essential attention to schedule and economic financial aspects (revenues and cash flow) as well as the attention to build with the customer new work opportunities, thanks to trust, reliability, and proactive attitude.
As a Project Manager, the candidate with at least 5 years of experience on manned systems and human spaceflight will have the opportunity to get involved in all aspects of the project management lifecycles and methodologies activities. The candidate will work on a wide range of complex and high-profile projects within the LEO programs directorate.
TASI Turin is looking for a candidate with extensive experience in managing large-scale projects with wide complexity. It is also important to have relevant experience in risk identification and management in order to manage a space commercial program and to develop effective business strategies. Proven ability to develop and implement detailed project plans to monitor and track project performances. Proficient in ensuring on-time deliverables by ensuring effective coordination of project team resources and identify areas of weakness and criticalities. Skilled in providing day-to-day leadership and management guidance to ensure the proper operational activities and controls to support the execution of the business strategy.
