Valeo Pianezza cerca un Project Manager P1 per coordinare progetti di sviluppo elettronico destinati a fornitori automobilistici. Il ruolo richiede esperienza in ambito Automotive, gestione di KPI di qualità e redditività, e una forte capacita di collaborazione internazionale.

La posizione è a tempo indeterminato presso lo stabilimento di Pianezza (TO) in Piemonte. Richieste una laurea ingegneristica e una fluente competenza in inglese e italiano.

Competenze

• Laurea magistrale in ingegneria.
• Conoscenza dei processi di sviluppo prodotto e delle relative pratiche.
• Competenze finanziarie su struttura dei costi del prodotto e payback.
• Capacità di gestire team cross-funzionali.

Mansioni

• Gestire operativamente e funzionalmente i progetti assegnati.
• Gestire progetti OEM/OES (componenti, sistemi con componenti noti).
• Raggiungere KPI di redditività, qualità e preparazione della produzione.
• Assicurare risorse di progetto e controllarle.
• Definire e gestire il budget dei progetti e comunicare con il cliente.

Ensure Project or System coordination to achieve all projects launch(es) in compliance with Valeo and Customer expectations.

Your responsibilities: Manage operationally and functionally the Projects he/she is assigned toManage OEM/OES Projects (Component, System with known technology components, ...)Is responsible for the achievement of the Project KPI in terms of profitability (both product/development vs Development Activity Payback and Extended Margin), Quality and Production PreparationSecure Project resources and control themSolve all project issues requiring any type of support of all suitable functions via the Project EscalationDefine and manage his/her budget including the budget of Projects part of his/her Project/SystemManage customer relationship (local and central) and coordinate communication within his team
