Responsibilities include:

• Managing client relationships in collaboration with sales management.
• Overseeing project execution to ensure alignment with time, cost, and revenue expectations.
• Managing project risks to prevent and mitigate issues.
• Coordinating activities across company teams involved in project implementation.
• Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Monitoring project progress with clients.
• Handling financial aspects such as costs, revenues, and profitability.

Qualifications for success:

• Strong knowledge of the hospital and healthcare market.
• Experience with healthcare clinical processes (EHR, Surgery, First Aid, Oncology, Therapy, Laboratory systems).
• Proven experience managing complex IT projects in healthcare.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
• Leadership skills to guide project teams.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Understanding of public health operating processes.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Prince2 / PMP certification.
• Knowledge of CAD and AGID guidelines for public administration.
• Understanding of Consip conventions.
