Project Manager

As part of our growth and positioning as a digital innovation leader, we are seeking a Project Manager to oversee projects related to processes and tools, supporting the company's business objectives.

Main activities

1. Define project governance strategies
2. Create and monitor project plans
3. Prepare and oversee internal/external project SALs
4. Track schedules, margins, and financials
5. Support solution design
6. Manage critical issues and propose solutions to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery
7. Handle evolving project requests
8. Optimize delivery phases for efficiency and quality
9. Identify risks and mitigation actions
10. Ensure project objectives are met and stakeholders perform their roles effectively

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Project Manager
• Ability to manage complex change programs
• Experience in defining new service strategies and implementing solutions
• Knowledge of governance, regulatory compliance, platform evolution, and process digitization
• Interest in IT strategy issues

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Humanities, Philosophy, Communication Sciences, or related fields with relevant experience
• Proficiency in English (B1-B2 level)
