Job Purpose

Responsible for supporting film projects at indirect customer Tier 1 and OEM, promoting FIM and XtraForm with professional technical knowledge and a background in automotive plastic projects.

Responsibilities

1. Support the commercial team in new business development.
2. Provide technical support to Tier 1 and OEM for new project development, feasibility studies, project follow-up, and action planning. Build strong relationships with key contacts at Tier 1s and OEMs. Position our technology competitively and promote preference for XtraForm solutions. Drive profitable sales growth by developing new opportunities and winning new projects, primarily focusing on the automotive market.
3. Identify and analyze market trends and future needs.
4. Stay active in related markets to understand trends and communicate needs internally to support ongoing innovation. Maintain awareness of our market position.
5. Enhance customer satisfaction by acting as the voice of the customer within the company, coordinating resources including products, sales, technical support, and customer service to meet customer expectations.
6. Understand competitors’ products and technologies, analyzing advantages and disadvantages of our films compared to others in the market.

Requirements & Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
3. Experience in project management of equipment manufacturing is preferred.
4. Strong communication and leadership skills.
