Position Overview

To consolidate our structure, we are looking for a Project Manager who is highly motivated to join a challenging environment.

Reporting to the Marketing Director, the candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring all activities necessary to achieve project objectives, using key project management methodologies and techniques, with the support of a cross-functional team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Regularly update senior management on the project's status, focusing on achieved deliverables;
2. Manage communication with all stakeholders;
3. Prepare summary documentation aimed at improving business processes.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Master's degree in Mechatronics Engineering or Management Engineering;
• PMP certification;
• At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in structured companies; experience in the components industry is a plus;
• Strong foundation in mechanics and/or electronics;
• Fluency in English is required;
• Excellent planning and time management skills;
• Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to manage priorities;
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (engineering, purchasing, sales, operations);
• Effective communication and negotiation skills, goal-oriented, and team player.

Location and Travel

Based in Rubiera (RE), with availability for travel within Italy and internationally.
