Senior Project Manager – Airfield & Critical Infrastructure

As a Project Manager, you will take ownership of large‑scale AGL (Airfield Ground Lighting) and power control programs from start to finish — ensuring flawless execution, financial discipline, and exceptional client satisfaction. You will be the driving force in the field, coordinating internal engineering teams, specialist subcontractors, and airport authorities across continents. For the first three years, your primary focus will be on projects in the Asia‑Pacific region.

Responsibilities

• Lead on‑site operations: oversee construction, installation, commissioning, and SAT activities under strict airport regulations.
• Act as the key interface: be the single point of contact between clients, airport operators, contractors, and our engineering team.
• Control project financials: monitor cash flow, safeguard P&L, and manage NEC / ICC contract variations.
• Champion safety and risk: drive a zero‑incident culture and lead HSE and risk governance.
• Support bids: provide real‑time cost and constructability feedback for active tenders.

Requirements

• Experience: 3–5 years managing complex infrastructure projects (runways, rail, HV power), with at least 3 full cycles as lead PM.
• Global mindset: strong track record delivering projects abroad; confident working across cultures and regulations.
• Mobility: comfortable to global travel for short periods.
• Technical background: degree in Electrical, Civil, or Systems Engineering (or equivalent). NEC contract experience required; PMP is a plus.
• Tools: MS Project and Office Suite; AutoCAD knowledge a bonus.
• Languages: fluent Italian and English; Cantonese, Mandarin or other business languages are a plus.
• Soft skills: leadership, negotiation, problem‑solving, and the authority to align multiple stakeholders.
