Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders for the preparation of environmental, technical, and financial studies during project development.
• Review Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) reports, Single Authorization documentation, feasibility studies, and environmental due diligence for wind farm projects.
• Conduct site visits together with consultants and Vestas’ subject matter experts across different development stages.
• Prepare project budgets, execution timelines, and monitor overall project progress.
• Prepare and submit applications to relevant authorities (EIA procedures, Single Authorization, PAUR, etc.), ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage relationships with relevant authorities, support stakeholder engagement campaigns, and participate in public consultations as part of the permitting process.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary internal teams (engineering, environmental, financial, etc.) to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Degree in a scientific or technical discipline (e.g., Energy Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or similar). Bachelor’s degree is acceptable.
• 2–3 years of experience in renewable project development (wind or other renewable sectors such as solar or energy).
• Experience in project management, including coordination with consultants, contractors, and internal specialists.
• Hands-on experience with budget preparation and monitoring project timelines.
• GIS knowledge is required (minimum of 1–2 years in development).
• Native Italian speaker with fluency in English (intermediate or higher for internal documentation).
• Ability to coordinate with external stakeholders and participate in permitting processes.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30% of working time for site visits.
• Strong project management skills, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills across multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.

• Strategic problem-solving approach and ability to implement effective action plans.
