A leading company in the beverage industry is seeking a Project Manager to oversee new Equipment Projects in Pisa. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project deliverables in terms of health, safety, quality, cost, and delivery timelines. A Master's degree and relevant project management experience are essential, with fluency in English required. This role also offers opportunities to lead a team and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.

Competenze

• 5 years’ experience in Project Management of capital projects.
• Fluency in English is a must; knowledge of German a plus.
• Experience in the beverage industry is a plus.

Responsible for driving day to day new Line Conversion and Packaging Project Management operations from order intake to project closing, including on-site activities management. Ensure deliverables are being achieved at the expected cost and to stakeholders’ satisfaction

Your Mission

• Accountable for S-Q-C-D Projects deliverables for the assigned new Equipment Projects :

S) H&SE - Required Health & Safety, Environmental standards are being met. H&SE plan in place prior to the

start of project

Q) Quality - Deliverables are being met to defined specifications from the first time. Project scope and specifications are clearly defined

C) Cost - Project deliverables, including on-site activities are being completed within the project baselined cost

D) Delivery - Deliverables are being completed within the project schedule timelines

• Ensure all required statutory and regulatory conditions are being met, including Competek corporate values, governance and processes
• Ensure risk assessment and response plan are in place for critical projects. Accountable to drive risk management and mitigation
• Manage, support and coach the assigned team, driving the relevant competence development & utilization. Eliminate roadblocks for team
• Support the Team in managing scope changes without affecting the baselined objectives and benefits, resolve

conflicts

• Regular and timely reporting to the Stakeholders. Drive Technical issues escalation follow up calls with Global

Product Support

• Monitor and ensure all Competek Project systems are regularly updated, such as SAP milestones, AMP, SPOT, contact Center and PM Tools

Your Profile

Level of education and languages :

• Master Degree or equivalent
• PMI Certification is a plus
• Fluency in English is a must; knowledge of German a plus;

Required experience and skills :

• 5 years’ experience and proven track record in Project Management of capital projects
• Experience in the beverage industry is a plus
• Knowledge of ERP Systems and sctructured work organization
• Knowledge of installation and commissioning scope and challenges
