Job summary

Renco is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead Operation & Maintenance and EPC initiatives from Pesaro headquarters. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, oversee budgets, schedules, HSE compliance, and client turnover.

The role requires at least 8 years in O&G with 5+ years as PM on large contracts, engineering degree, and fluent English. You will operate in remote and multicultural environments, ensuring projects meet quality and safety standards across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of overall experience incl. 5+ years as Project Manager in O&G with contracts >50M USD.
• Experience managing O&M activities in large projects.
• Knowledge of contract law for construction projects.
• Engineering degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
• Supervise O&M activities.
• Manage EPC projects covering HSE, engineering, design, construction supervision, contractual management, inspection and QC.
• Manage project budget, schedule, interface with authorities, supervise start-up and turnover to the client.

For Renco's headquarters, we are looking for a Project Manager capable of overseeing Operation & Maintenance projects.

DUTIES & RESPONSABILITIES

• Lead the project from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards. In detail:
• Supervise the O&M activities;
• Be responsible for managing all activities involved in EPC projects covering the define and execution phases including HSE, engineering, detail design, construction supervision, contractual management, inspection and quality control;
• Manage project budget, keep the projects on schedule, interface with regulatory authorities, supervise plant start-up, and turnover to the client.

REQUIRED COMPETENCES

• Capacity to work independently and organize resources;
• Knowledge of Rotating Equipment in O&G projects;
• Leadership and resources management;
• Knowledge and practice of IT programs;
• Problem-solving attitude;
• Professional knowledge in English language.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 8 years of overall experience - of which minimum 5 years of proven experience as Project manager in O&G projects (50+million USD contract value) in remote areas and multicultural environments;
• Skilled in management of O&M activities in O&M projects;
• Knowledge of contract law with regards to construction projects;
• Degree in Engineering.
