A leading company in the beverage industry is seeking a Project Manager to oversee new Line Conversion and Packaging Project Management operations. This role requires a Master's Degree, 5 years of experience, and hands-on management of projects to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards while meeting defined specifications and project timelines. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and experience in managing capital projects effectively.

Competenze

• 5 years’ experience in Project Management of capital projects.
• Fluency in English is a must, knowledge of German is a plus.
• Experience in the beverage industry is preferred.

Responsible for driving day to day new Line Conversion and Packaging Project Management operations from order intake to project closing, including on-site activities management. Ensure deliverables are being achieved at the expected cost and to stakeholders’ satisfaction

Your Mission

• Accountable for S-Q-C-D Projects deliverables for the assigned new Equipment Projects :

S) H&SE - Required Health & Safety, Environmental standards are being met. H&SE plan in place prior to the

start of project

Q) Quality - Deliverables are being met to defined specifications from the first time. Project scope and specifications are clearly defined

C) Cost - Project deliverables, including on-site activities are being completed within the project baselined cost

D) Delivery - Deliverables are being completed within the project schedule timelines

• Ensure all required statutory and regulatory conditions are being met, including Competek corporate values, governance and processes
• Ensure risk assessment and response plan are in place for critical projects. Accountable to drive risk management and mitigation
• Manage, support and coach the assigned team, driving the relevant competence development & utilization. Eliminate roadblocks for team
• Support the Team in managing scope changes without affecting the baselined objectives and benefits, resolve

conflicts

• Regular and timely reporting to the Stakeholders. Drive Technical issues escalation follow up calls with Global

Product Support

• Monitor and ensure all Competek Project systems are regularly updated, such as SAP milestones, AMP, SPOT, contact Center and PM Tools

Your Profile

Level of education and languages :

• Master Degree or equivalent
• PMI Certification is a plus
• Fluency in English is a must; knowledge of German a plus;

Required experience and skills :

• 5 years’ experience and proven track record in Project Management of capital projects
• Experience in the beverage industry is a plus
• Knowledge of ERP Systems and sctructured work organization
• Knowledge of installation and commissioning scope and challenges
