The role – what is it we would like you to do?

Currie & Brown Italy is seeking a Project Manager based in Milan.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, project management, or an equivalent field.
• Experience managing medium-sized luxury development projects, preferably in hospitality.
• Experience handling permitting processes and liaising with local authorities.
• Strong technical writing, client-facing, and communication skills (both internal and external).
• Fluent in Italian and excellent in spoken and written English.
• Team-oriented, reliable, and flexible.
• Ability to support project phases and coordinate with stakeholders including property services, designers, contractors, and security consultants.
• Lead design coordination within client guidelines and constraints.
• Proactive in setting objectives and priorities, working effectively as part of a team.
• Maintain clear communication to ensure project success, including financial control in collaboration with other managers.
• Provide cost management services.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of work outputs.
• Monitor work progress (SAL) on schedule and within budget.
• Conduct meetings with contractors and clients.
• Manage procurement activities and site coordination.
