In this role, you will :

• Manage large construction projects, ensuring timely, within-budget, high-quality delivery
• Monitor daily field activities, manage information flow, report issues related to progress, quality, and safety
• Assist in completing handover documentation, ensuring timely and quality fulfillment
• Lead onsite, assessing progress and safety practices
• Coordinate snagging activities with client, consultant, and contractor teams
• Proactively identify and resolve issues
• Implement and monitor project processes, collaborating with the client for improvements
• Ensure adherence to project procedures
• Lead and participate in meetings, problem-solving and impact communication
• Review variations and delays

• Have project management experience
• Hold a degree or equivalent in a related discipline
• Have or seek project management certification (we can assist)
• Are detail-oriented and quality-focused
• Are an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing
