Pressteck S.p.A., a leader in the mass production of high-precision deep drawn components for the automotive and electro valve industries, is looking for a Project Manager to join our dynamic team at our Muravera (Sardegna) production site.

What You’ll Do: As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of client projects from concept to completion. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and coordinating cross-functional project teams.
• Organizing and conducting meetings with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Reviewing contracts and supply agreements to extract and manage special requirements.
• Creating and updating PFMEAs (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis).
• Writing and maintainingoperating instructions and procedures.
• Participating in production problem-solving initiatives.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for clients regarding project updates.
• Analysing production efficiency and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Ensuring project timelines and deliverables are met using tools like Gantt charts and Microsoft Project.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in a manufacturing or automotive environment.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and mediation abilities.
• Fluent inItalian and English(spoken and written).
• Proficiency withMicrosoft Projectand Gantt chart planning.
• Skilled inMicrosoft Office tools(Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Familiarity with quality tools and methodologies (e.g., PFMEA, root cause analysis).

A good command of English is essential for this role. Therefore, job interviews will be conducted in English .
