Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Responsibilities

1. Assess the customer site during the presales phase, agree on project scope, risks, timelines, technical feasibility, and pre-calculate project costs.
2. Verify and agree on project objectives and formulate the project plan with all stakeholders based on the contract.
3. Follow the PEPF and PMP CPM processes to initiate, plan, execute, close, and monitor & control the project.
4. Ensure compliance with applicable regulations (Quality, Regulatory, Health & Safety) by the organization, third parties, and partners.
5. Define project risks, issues, and changes, and develop scenarios to address them.
6. Manage internal and external resources, project budget, stakeholder communication, planning, quality, customer acceptance, transition to service, and project evaluation.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's degree and 2-3 years of experience in the healthcare sector or construction industry.
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management.
• Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in English communication and writing skills.
