For our Business Unit Transformers based in Monselice (PD), we are looking for a Project Manager who will manage and lead the execution of projects.

Responsibilities:

1. Support project managers in daily administrative activities;
2. Manage and organize documentation related to projects. Control documentation accuracy and consistency, based on tasks assigned by Project Manager or Project Documentation Specialist;
3. Conduct analysis of plan versus actual project performance under the supervision of the Project Manager or Project Planning & Controls Manager;
4. Prepare materials for, and assist in project reviews;
5. Ensure that the project follows and complies with the company's execution best practices and policies. Effectively monitor project progress and resource utilization;
6. Perform back-office tasks to support the Local Unit;
7. Live the core values of safety and integrity, taking responsibility for your actions while caring for colleagues and the business.

Your background:

• A master's degree in engineering (management, mechanical, electrical, or other) or economics;
• More than 3 years of experience in project management;
• Good knowledge of basic MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus;
• Fluency in Italian and English (B2/C1);
• Knowledge of French or Spanish is a plus;
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required.
