A leading company in green energy solutions, Metlen Energy & Metals SA is seeking a Senior Project Manager for its M Renewables team in Milan. The role involves managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope, while coordinating closely with design and engineering teams. Candidates are expected to hold a degree in engineering and have proven experience in the construction of renewables projects. Fluency in Italian and English is essential.

We are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our M Renewables team in Milan , part of our Italian subsidiary.

Your role will encompass :

• Managing a project from inception to completion, ensuring that it is delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Undertake site surveys to establish local conditions which impact design, as well as researching local supply costs
• Work closely with the design & engineering team to review all project documents and information provided by client / developer
• Assist the Project Director with the preparation of the project budget
• Develop a detailed programme of works (PoW) to track progress
• Preparation of suppliers' and subcontractors' contracts
• Managing project implementation activities, ensuring QHSE standards are met
• Handover of the project to the internal O&M team

What you bring to the role :

• Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical or civil engineering or related field. MSc is considered an advantage.
• Proven experience in EPC companies and in the construction of renewables projects
• Certification in PMP / MBA is considered an advantage
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in Italian and English is required
