What you will be doing at Quick Algorithm

• Management of the company's financial and accounting documentation
• Management of periodic accounting compliance and reporting
• Management of invoices
• Support in preparing periodic financial reports and reporting to banks and investors
• Registration on supplier portals and management of relations with customer administration
• Collaboration with the labor consultant and the payroll management company for the checking of payrolls and the management of monthly accounting
• Support in the management of employment contracts, deadlines, and compliance related to employment contracts in collaboration with the labor consultant
• Assistance in the management and periodic reporting of inventory
• Management of orders, customs clearance, and deliveries
• Support in general office management tasks
• Assistance to the CEO in daily organizational tasks (e.g. organizing meetings)
