  • WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

    We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our Platform team, who will report directly to a Project Manager Supervisor.

    At Freeda Platform, our Project Managers are the team leaders on projects. They lead and organize the work, have full oversight of the project and overall strategy with the brand partners, and provide guidance for the internal project team.

    The figure will work across one or more projects dedicated to key partners, coordinating the entire team (authors, art, producer, etc.).

    WHAT YOU’LL DO
    • Supervise project workflows to ensure teams have the tools and support needed to work efficiently;
    • Lead and manage projects during implementation and coordinate the project team;
    • Manage relationships with brand partners and senior stakeholders;
    • Lead the production of project reports on content published on social pages and other analyses (Google Ads, etc.);
    • Supervise client budget management in collaboration with the production and marketing teams;
    • Support the Sales team on new business opportunities and pitches.
    WHAT YOU’LL NEED
    • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in roles such as Project Manager, Brand Manager, Product Manager, or within marketing teams;
    • Experience in an agency environment (creative, marketing, social, media);
    • Expertise in budget management and optimization;
    • Strategic understanding of communication, marketing, and social media dynamics;
    • Passion and understanding of the social platform landscape;
    • Analytical skills;
    • Excellent knowledge of Office (Excel, PowerPoint);
    • Fluent in English and Italian.
