NextEnergy Group seeks a results-driven Project Manager to deliver international renewable energy and infrastructure projects across Solar PV, BESS and Wind. You will collaborate with Investment Management, Construction & Procurement, technical advisors, contractors and external stakeholders to ensure safe, on-time, on-budget project delivery in compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Environmental Science, Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Renewable Energy, Infrastructure, EPC, IPP, or related sectors.
• Exposure to utility-scale Solar PV, BESS, Wind, or infrastructure projects.
• Experience coordinating international or multi-stakeholder projects.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated experience managing schedules, budgets, risks, and project controls.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, Jira, or similar software.
• Fluent English communication skills.

THE ROLE

We are looking for a highly motivated Project Manager to support the delivery of international renewable energy and infrastructure projects across multiple regions. This role will work closely with Investment Management, Construction & Procurement, technical advisors, contractors, and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will play a key role in managing project execution across Solar PV, BESS, Wind, and related energy assets, while supporting technical due diligence, procurement, contracting, and stakeholder coordination activities throughout the project lifecycle.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Delivery & Execution

• Support the end-to-end delivery of renewable energy projects from development through construction, commissioning, and handover.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to achieve project milestones and delivery objectives.
• Develop and maintain project plans covering scope, schedule, cost, quality, procurement, risk, and communications.
• Track project progress, monitor construction activities, and ensure compliance with quality and performance standards.
• Maintain project controls including schedules, risk registers, action trackers, issue logs, and cost reports.
• Support commissioning readiness, handover activities, and close-out documentation.
• Prepare project reports and presentations for management, investors, and project stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement of project processes, tools, and templates.

Technical Due Diligence, Procurement & Contracting.

• Support technical due diligence activities during project acquisitions, financing processes, and development milestones.
• Coordinate technical advisors, manage information requests, and track technical findings through to resolution.
• Support contractor and supplier procurement processes, including RFP/RFQ preparation, bid evaluation, and recommendation reports.
• Assist with the assessment of EPC, BOP, equipment supply, and O&M proposals.
• Coordinate technical, commercial, and contractual inputs during contract negotiations.
• Maintain negotiation trackers, action logs, and comment resolution matrices.
• Support preparation of contract documentation, governance submissions, and investment approval packages.
• Monitor contractual obligations, deliverables, and key project milestones.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Collaborate with Investment Management and Construction & Procurement teams to achieve project and portfolio objectives.
• Build strong relationships with consultants, contractors, suppliers, investors, and other key stakeholders.
• Facilitate project meetings, manage communications, and ensure alignment across international teams.
• Coordinate activities across multiple geographies, cultures, and time zones.

Risk, Compliance & Governance

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and delivery challenges.
• Support permitting, documentation management, and project governance requirements.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, contractual obligations, and industry best practices.
