Position and Department

KKDC is an established lighting manufacturer producing a wide range of specialist LED lighting solutions for high-end architectural markets worldwide.

Research, development, and manufacturing take place at our R&D Centre in Seoul, South Korea, with UK-based design and marketing collaboration.

KKDC benefits from a global and European sales network, including offices in London, Auckland, Bangkok, Hong Kong, Kyoto, Milan, New York, Seoul, Shanghai, Singapore, Sydney, Taiwan, Tokyo, and Toronto.

KKDC Italy, founded in 2016 in Milan, is one of KKDC's sales branches in Europe. With a multicultural team, KKDC Italy aims to provide immediate sales and technical support to Italian and Swiss lighting design professionals and French key account clients. After five years, KKDC Italy has built a strong local reputation and contributed to over 300 lighting projects worldwide.

As a sales team member in KKDC Italy, you will collaborate closely with colleagues in Korea, China, and the UK, and occasionally communicate with teams in the US, Thailand, Singapore, Australia, and Japan on cross-territory projects. You will also have the opportunity to work on exciting lighting projects with top lighting design professionals across Europe.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities
  1. Manage the entire sales process from quotation development, order management to factory, and payment collection from clients.
  2. Maintain daily contact and report sales activities to the Head of Sales Team.
  3. Analyze sales data and monitor client preferences to identify sales potential and inventory needs.
  4. Enhance sales and after-sales services, addressing customer issues effectively.
  5. Provide product and technical advice to new and existing clients, quickly adapting to product and technical updates.
  6. Visit sites and meet installers to resolve issues.
  7. Assist the company in achieving and surpassing sales targets.
  8. Attract new clients and develop relationships with existing customers.

Your Profile
  • Degree in Design, Engineering, or Electronics with 0-3 years of experience.
  • Internship experience in LED, lighting, or related industries is preferred.
  • Fluent in English and Italian, both oral and written.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Report directly to the Head of Sales Team.
