Construction of a 9500 pax base camp intended to host the workers involved in the construction of the Total LNG project on the Afungi peninsula, for the CCS JV client.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the project from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
• Supervise the engineering activities and the elaboration of project’s technical documents.
• Be responsible for managing all activities involved in EPC projects covering the define and execution phases including HSE, engineering, detail design, construction supervision, contractual management, inspection, and quality control.
• Manage project budget, keep the projects on schedule, interface with regulatory authorities, supervise plant start-up, and turnover to the client.

Qualifications:

• Leadership and resource management skills.
• Professional knowledge of the English language.
• Minimum 15 years of overall experience, including at least 5 years proven experience as a Project Manager in building works/civil construction projects (contract value of 50+ million USD) in remote areas and multicultural environments.
• Skilled in management of engineering activities and technical documents.
• Knowledge of contract law related to construction projects.
