The Position

We're looking for a Project Manager to lead and manage strategic, end-to-end projects in line with business priorities, regulatory requirements and quality standard. You will join a dynamic and collaborative PMO commercial team and have the opportunity to shape the future of our business through innovation, by investigating new technologies and proposing cutting-edge solutions. This role will support the establishment and execution of project governance, portfolio management processes and best practices sharing.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing cross-functional end to end project, from planning to resource allocation and installation, while creating an excellent customer experience.
  • Defining project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines and budgets.
  • Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, schedules and risk assessments.
  • Managing and improving end-to-end processes for measurable business value.
  • Handling stakeholder relationships and collaborating in cross-functional teams to pursue new business opportunities and guide the team through complex challenges. Collaborate with PMO lead to prioritize projects based on strategic fit, resource capacity and market needs.
  • Contributing to company goals and commercial negotiations, ensuring efficient cost management to achieve the company's revenue and profitability targets.
  • Defining the strategic future by studying new technologies and proposing innovative solutions for the business roadmap.
  • Serving as a national point of reference and managing the onboarding of new customers, collaborating with them to develop project plans.
Who You Are
  • You have a degree in Engineering or a Scientific discipline, with PMP certification strongly preferred.
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in this role and in the healthcare sector.
  • You have proven experience and qualifications in project management.
  • You are able to translate customer insights into concrete technical deliverables.
  • You have an innovative and proactive mindset, capable of working independently to achieve clear business objectives.
  • You possess excellent relationship, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • You have a solid knowledge of IT tools (Excel, Smartsheet, PM tools, etc.).
  • You have fluent knowledge of Italian and English.
  • You are willing to travel up to 80% of the time.
